INTERNSHIPS
Gain meaningful experience as a Summer Intern, which may lead to a full-time regular opportunity with Integra upon graduation. Roles are offered in functions such as: Finance, IT, Manufacturing/Engineering, Product Development and Marketing. Our Interns benefit from support and resources, such as mentors, exposure to leaders, training and networking events. The internship program generally runs from early June to late August, and wraps up with a final presentation. Successful students have the required: minimum GPA of 3.2, excellent written and oral communication skills and ambition for a career in the medical device industry.
CO-OP
The most talented Engineering & Science students will find a robust Co-Op experience at Integra. Students will have the opportunity to apply their technical knowledge in a supportive workplace, while being actively engaged with new technologies in a hands-on learning environment. Generally, this program is offered in our Plainsboro, NJ headquarters. Our partnerships include Drexel University and Stevens Institute of Technology. Minimum GPA of 3.5. Strong analytical, organizational and technical skills are expected. Demonstrated track record of success in prior internship and leadership experience is required.
ROTATIONAL ASSOCIATE
Two competitive tracks make up our most advanced student offering, with opportunity to make an important impact. Students in their final year of their undergraduate or graduate degrees, studying at a highly ranked school for the sciences, may apply to our Rotational Associate program. The program consists of three, eight-month rotations in: Regulatory, Quality and Operations.
Top talent looking to fast-track application of their MBA studies are invited to apply to our Strategic Leadership Development Program. The program is for those who have just earned their MBA and consists of two, year-long rotations in various parts of our business which provide interesting, complex challenges as well as visibility to executives.
Minimum GPA of 3.5. Strong analytical, organizational and technical skills are expected. Demonstrated track record of success in prior internship and leadership experience is required.
